OUR MISSION AND VISION

Our mission is to enhance the health, fitness, and performance of young athletes that will carry on through their lifetime. We take a functional and performance based approach through our training sessions to improve their strength and conditioning.

THE PROGRAM

JP Performance is a new training department of JP Fitness that specializes in performance training for youth. Our program focuses on the following:

  • Training young athletes starting from middle school through senior high.

  • Each athlete will start with a ‘JP Assessment’ that is retested periodically to track their progress within the program.

  • Each session will challenge athlete’s strength, speed, reaction time, and conditioning.

  • Sessions can be customized according to ability, age, and goal of the athlete(s).
