This session is geared towards challenging your endurance and strength, with half the time dedicated to science-backed cardiovascular intervals and the other half to a guided strength-training regimen. Each day has a total body focus, with progressions and regressions available for all fitness levels.

POWER45

A functional approach to training that is designed around newly found research, geared towards improving your body composition and cardiovascular endurance. Challenge yourself with heavier compound strength movements, move through a mobility and proprioceptive challenging circuit, while ending with an 'all-out' cardio and core circuit.

ZONE45

Push your limits through various high intensity intervals. Elevate and maintain your heart rate to condition your body and maximize your caloric burn. Our Trainers will challenge you mentally and physically as they guide you through strength and cardio intervals. You'll create an EPOC effect leaving class, creating a caloric burn lasting 48-72 hours post workout!

A high-energy workout mixing calisthenics and weight training with cardio to torch calories, build strength, and improve muscular endurance. Each class incorporates a variety of exercises done in intervals, to keep you moving and motivated throughout your workout.

We’re blending boxing techniques with cardio and bodyweight movements to spin a little fun into your workouts. Improve your power, coordination, and overall fitness with intervals of boxing drills and conditioning exercises that will leave you feeling strong and energized.

JP’s take on Vinyasa Yoga. Energize your day and compliment your high intensity training with this dynamic flowing yoga class. Strengthen and stretch your body while calming and recentering your mind.

An intense workout session focusing on tightening and toning the whole body. Inspired by traditional Pilates movements, these sessions will work on increasing strength and improving mobility while bringing tone and definition to your body.
